摘要
基于山东省1:50000地理数据及2008年统计年鉴资料,对影响山东省暴雨洪涝灾害风险的主要综合评价指标,即致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体易损性及防灾减灾能力进行建模计算,最后综合利用这4个指标对山东省暴雨洪涝灾害风险性指数进行计算,并通过GIS平台得到山东省暴雨洪涝灾害风险区划图。结果显示,山东省暴雨洪涝灾害发生的高风险区在鲁南及半岛东部部分地区。
Based on the Shandong provincial digital topographic map of 1：50000 scale and statistic yearbook of 2008,four integrative estimate indexes such as risk of flood hazard-form factors,sensitivity of flood hazard-breeding circumstance,Vulnerability of flood hazard-bear circumstance,and capacity of flood hazard resistant were simulation calculated for flood risk in Shandong. The flood risk index was calculated through comprehensive utilized the four indexes by space analysis and overlap of GIS platform. And the risk regionalization of flood hazard map of Shandong was got in the end. It showed that the high risk region were the south of Shandong and some parts in east of Shandong peninsula.
