摘要
乳腺癌的发病涉及多因素,不同国家间年龄调整后乳腺癌的发病率变化较大。饮食因素是造成这种差异的重要影响因素之一。蔬菜、水果、膳食脂肪、豆类和乳类等食品的摄入情况以及与膳食相关的烟酒茶的消耗与乳腺癌的发生具有密切的关系。通过对其关系的流行病学研究,将有助于从膳食上预防乳腺癌。
The incidence of breast cancer involves a variety of factors. Among different countries, the incidence of breast cancer changed greatly by adjusting age. Diet is one of the important factors contributed to the difference. The intake of vegetables, fruit, dietary fat, beans and dairy and the consumption of alcohol, tobacco and tea associated with dietary have a close relationship with breast cancer. Epidemiological studies will help to prevent breast cancer through diet.
