摘要
目的综述了高速逆流色谱法原理及其在药物分离制备领域中的应用。方法分析归纳了高速逆流色谱法的原理、溶剂体系及其在中药、抗生素、生物大分子、有机小分子和无机物分离纯化时色谱条件的选择和分离效果,简述了高速逆流色谱法在指纹图谱和仪器联用方面的新进展。结果及结论高速逆流色谱技术经过20多年的完善和发展已经初步形成一套比较完整的理论体系,高速逆流色谱仪已经在药物制备、纯化和质量控制等领域得到广泛应用。
OBJECTIVE Principle and application in drug purification of HSCCC were summarized in this article.METHODS Principle,solvent system,selection and separation results of chromatography condition for isolation and purification in TCM,antibiotic,biomacromolecule,micromolecule organics,inorganic substance were analyzed and summarized.In addition,progress of HSCCC in finger print and equipment connection was demonstrated in brief.RESULTS CONCLUSION HSCCC has been formed a complete theory system,and was widely applicated in drug preparation,purification and quality control.
