摘要
目的 研究农药中毒发生概率、危险因素及经济损失。方法 整群随机抽样方法 ,回顾性调查。结果 观察组 (有机磷 +菊酯类 )农药中毒发生率 0 72 % ,对照组 (有机磷 )农药中毒发生率 0 16% ,χ2 =4 49,P =0 0 34。结论 影响生产性农药中毒因素主要有农药的施用形式、防护措施、污染后的处理和安全使用培训等因素。农药中毒不仅会给农民产生健康危害 ,而且会造成明显的经济损失 。
Objective To study the effect of risk factors and cost among farmers with pesticide poisoning.Methods Cluster sampling, retrospectivestudy on case group and control group.Results Incidence rate of the case group was 0.72%, that control group was 0.16%, χ2=4.49, P =0.034.Conclusion Risk factors of pesticide poisoning included using ways, protective approach, safety training etc.Not only pesticide posioning would injure the farmers' health, butalso would make a large economic loss.
