摘要
通过对常用的两种齿轮一销轨式无链牵引机构性能分析,提出了渐开线—摆线复合齿轮这一新的无技牵引机构.研究表明,其接触和弯曲强度较普通摆线齿轮均有所提高。该复合齿轮用于采煤机无链牵引机构将具有广泛的应用前景。
A new type of inviolate-cydoid compound gear of chainless tractionmechanism is introduced as a result of performance analysis of two kinds of cornxnongear-pin rains. The research shows that the new compound gears afford greater con-tact and bend strength than general ones. It offers a bright prospect for the applicationin the chainless traction mechanism of shearer.
