摘要
介绍了采煤机导向滑靴在使用中存在的问题,针对导向滑靴的在使用中损坏情况,提高导向滑靴在大倾角、仰俯采等复杂地质条件的适应性,对导向滑靴进行结构改进,并运用有限元方法进行有限元分析验证,改进后的导向滑靴在煤矿实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
The text introduces problems of the guide skid shoe in use, on the basis of damage condition of the guide skid shoe, to enhance the guide skid shoe's flexibility in big lean angle and up-down exploiting, as well as other complicated geology conditions, we improved the structure of the guide skid shoe, and analysed the guide skid shoe with the method of finite element. It worked well in real application of coal mine after improvement.
