摘要
介绍了用于采煤机单圆弧齿廓驱动轮一链轨式牵引机构,分析了其运动学特性,给出了齿廓方程及数控加工的齿廓坐标,在理论上导出了牵引速度和牵引力波动率的规律。
The paper mainly introduces a kind of non-chain drawing mechanism in coal machine, this is single circular-arc tooth profile driving wheel with chain rail pattern.It also analyzes the movement characteristics and gives the tooth profile formula and coordinate.The rules of traction speed and fluctuation rate are dedeced theoretically,which will provides the theory basis for optimizing edsign and improving capabilities.
