摘要 [目的]筛选适宜福建省推广的粳稻品种。[方法]以福建省选育和引进的10个粳稻品种为材料,常规栽培收获后保存90d,待米质稳定后测定其碾米、外观、蒸煮和营养品质,采用灰色关联度分析法综合评估其品质性状。[结果]10个品种9个性状(糙米率、精米率、整精米率、垩白度、垩白粒率、胶稠度、糊化温度、直链淀粉含量、蛋白质含量)的加权关联度依次为玉米稻>越定>Kang-baedo>Gun20>Jineiya>糯谷>明粳2号>畸剑稻>龙双广>Perurithuo.69.29。综合品质好的品种各项品质指标均较突出。[结论]玉米稻、越定综合品质最好,适合在福建地区推广栽培。 [Objective]The research aimed to select suitable japonica rice varieties for popularization in Fujian Province.[Method]With 10 bred and introduced japonica rice varieties in Fujian Province as materials,they were conserved for 90 d after conventional cultivation and harvest,their rice whitening,appearance,steaming and nutrient quality was determined after their rice quality was stable,and then their quality properties were evaluated comprehensively by applying grey correlation analysis.[Result]The weighted correlation degrees of 9 properties of 10 varieties were:Yumidao〉Yueding〉Kang-bae do〉Gun 20〉Jineiya〉Nuogu〉Mingjing2〉Jijiandao〉Longshuangguang〉Perurithuo.69.29 and the 9 properties were brown rice rate,polished rice rate,whole polished rice rate,chalky degree,chalky grains rate, gel consistence,gelatinization temperature,amylose content and protein content.The various quality indexes of varieties with good comprehensive quality were outstanding.[Conclusion]The comprehensive quality of Yumidao and Yueding was best and they were suitable for popularization and cultivation in Fujian area.
