摘要
经济系数的提高和矮秆是小麦育种的主要目标之一。对2倍体、4倍体、6倍体小麦49个品种(系)的重要农艺性状进行灰色关联分析,发现千粒重与经济系数有最大的灰色相关性,株高、穗长和穗粒数分别与小穗数具有最大的相关性;干重和分蘖及经济产量都有最大的相关。然后采用异速生长模型,对千粒重与经济系数之间的关系和小穗数与株高的关系进行模拟分析。最后以千粒重和小穗数作为变量,对主要目标组合进行插值,得到千粒重和小穗数变化时,主要目标组合性状的变化情况。把灰色系统理论引入分析小麦的重要农艺性状,把空间插值模型引入分析小麦的主要目标组合性状,计算的结果符合农业生产实际,促进了宏观研究思想在微观领域的应用。图1,表2,参22。
Economic coefficient and dwarf are selection goals of breeding for high yield in wheat. 49 varieties (lines) including diploid,quadruploid and hexaploid analyzed in this paper using grey correlation analysis reveals that 1000-grain weight has the greatest contribution to economic coefficient; spikelet number has the greatest correlation with plant height,spike length and kernel per spike; and economic production has the greatest correlation with dry weight and tillering. We then imitating analyzed the relationships between ①1000-grain weight and economic coefficient and② spikelet and plant height used allometry model. Using 1000-grain weight and spikelet as variables,Cokriging interpolation analyzed revealed the variety tendency and the varieties of economic coefficient and main target compound traits based on the variety of 1000-grain weight and spikelet. This paper used methodology of grey system to analyze important agronomic traits in wheat,and spatial interpolation to economic coefficient and main target compound traits,the results are consistent with the reality and can promote the macro-research idea using in micro-research.
