摘要
[目的]研究粳稻粒型与水稻稻米品质的相关关系。[方法]选用目前江苏省粳稻主推新品种(系)和现有亲本圃等30个种质资源为试验材料,对粳稻粒型与稻米品质的相关关系进行分析。[结果]稻米粒长与粒宽、粒厚分别呈0.05水平显著负相关。糙米率与粒宽、粒厚分别呈0.05水平显著正相关和0.01水平显著正相关。直链淀粉含量与粒宽、粒厚呈0.05水平呈显著正相关,与粒长呈0.01水平显著负相关。蛋白质含量与粒宽、粒厚分别呈0.05水平呈显著负相关和0.01水平显著负相关,与粒长呈0.01水平显著正相关。[结论]水稻粒型与稻米品质有一定的相关关系。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the correlation between grain type and qualities in japonica rice.[Method]With 30 new rice varieties of major extension in Jiangsu as the tested material,grain type and qualities were studied and analyzed.[Result] Rice grain length,grain width and grain tickness had significantly negative correlation.Brown rice rate,amylose content and grain width,grain tickness had significantly positive correlation,but amylose content and grain length had significantly negative correlation.Protein content of grain was significantly negative correlated with grain width and thickness,and was significantly positive correlated with grain length.[Conclusion] Rice type and rice qualities had certain correlation.
