摘要
[目的]探究外源表油菜素内酯对香石竹切花抗衰老的影响。[方法]以香石竹切花为材料,用含不同浓度BR的Hoagland营养液进行瓶插试验,培养9d后测定花瓣电导率以及MDA含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量。[结果]含1.0mg/LBR的营养液能很好地维持香石竹切花膜结构的稳定性,电导率降低11.64%,也可在一定程度上减少MDA累积,减缓可溶性糖降解,使瓶插寿命延长5d。[结论]该研究为BR在香石竹等切花保鲜中的应用提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the effects of exogenous BR on anti-senescence of cut carnation.[Method] The base of cut carnation was steeped in BR solution,and physiological indices including conductivity,MDA content,sugar content,protein content were determined.[Result] 1.0 mg/L BR could keep the stability membrane structure.The conductivity was decreased 11.64 %.The cumulation of MDA was decreased in some degree.The degradation of soluble sugar was delayed.The vase life was increased 5 days.[Conclusion] The research could provide the theoretical basis for the application of BR in cut carnation preservation.
