海仙花瓶插保鲜的研究 被引量:3

THE STUDY ON LONGEVITY OF CULING HAI-XIAN FLOWER FOR VASE -HOLDING

摘要 以适当浓度的蔗糖、八羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐(8HQC)、Ca(NO_3)_2和s柠檬酸(CA)配制成1和2号保鲜剂。实验结果表明,保鲜剂处理可提高海仙花切花内还原糖和蛋白质的含量,阻止蛋白质的降解,降低氨基酸的总含量。同时,还可保持一定的pH值和花青素的含量,降低花的相对透性值,维持生物膜的完整性,保鲜剂处理对开花速度影响不大,但可较对照(去离子水)维持较高的开花率,延长海仙切花的瓶插期。本结果表明,1号液较2号液为好,但两种处理均较对照为佳。 Cuttine Haixian flowers(W,coraeensis Thunb.)have held in No 1 and 2 longeval agent containingpruperly concentration sucrose,8-hydroxyquinoline citrate(8HQC),calcium nitrate(Ca,(NO_3)_3)and citric acid(CA). Experiment shows that longeval agent treatment can increase reduc-tive sugar and protein content , inhibit protein degradation , reduce total amino acid content of the cutHaixian flower. Meanwhile, the treatment can also keep properly pH valve and anthocyanin content,decrease relative permeability of flower , maintain structural integrity of membranes; The longeval treat-ment has little effect upon flowering rate, but can maintain higher blooming ration than deionized wa-ter and lasted the vase-life of cutting Haixian,The results indicate that No. 1 of longeval agent has bet-ter effect han No 2, but both kinds of agent are better than water.
