摘要
采用芦丁的最大吸收波长510nm为指标,以索氏回流法进行正交试验;对提取物进行高效液相色谱法检测,结果表明:其最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度60%vol,乙醇体积150mL,回流时间1.5h,超声时间40min,此条件下芦丁提取率0.95%。
Using the maximum absorption wavelength of rutin (510nm) as index, the orthogonal test was carried out with Soxhlet backflow method, and the extracts were detected by High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed the optimal processing parameters are ethanol concentration 60%, ethanol volume 150ml, backflow time 1.5h and ultrasonic time 40min. Under above conditions, the highest rutin extraction rate was 0.95%.
