摘要
目的：分析特素治疗３１例晚期恶性肿瘤效果。方法：患者接受以特素为主的联合化疗，并给患者标准的抗过敏反应用药。结果：特素治疗疗效为７０９６％，主要毒性为骨髓抑制，未发生任何因特素毒性过敏死亡病例。结论：特素对晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效肯定。
objective:Purpose 31cases of advanced malignant tumor treated by Paclitaxel are reported.Methods:The patients received Taxol containing combination chemotherapy,And standardised anti allergic durgs are used to patient.Results:Good effects of paclitaxel treatment showed 70 96%,Myelosuppresion is the principal toxicity,None case was died of durg allergy.conclusion:Taxol is a drug of choice in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors who are resistant to conventional chemotherapy.
