摘要
１９９４年９月至１９９５年８月我们以泰素、顺铂治疗晚期恶性肿瘤１４例，６例获ＰＲ（４４％）。主要毒性为骨髓抑制，白细胞减少、贫血和血小板减少的发生率分别为６４％、７１％和３６％，以Ⅰ、Ⅱ度毒性为主，无发热和感染。肌肉关节酸痛见于４４％受治者。其他毒性少见。未见过敏反应。
Fourteen cases of advanced malignant tumors were treated by Taxol 180mg d1 with premedication plus DDP 40mg d2￣4 from Sept.1994 to August 1995.Six partial responses(44%)have been observed.Myelosuppresion is the principal toxicity,which is mainly of Ⅰ,Ⅱgrade.No toxicity of Ⅲ grade is observed.The rate of leukopenia,anemia,and thrombocytopenia is 64%,71%,and 36 % respectively.There is neither febreile nor infection.The rate of myalgia and arthralgia is 44%.There is no hypersensitivity reaction.
