摘要
以改性玉米淀粉、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)与丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,采用接枝聚合法制备两性废水处理助剂,并用于制革综合废水混凝-接触氧化法的后期处理。结果表明:反应温度50℃、反应时间4 h、原料摩尔比n(AM)∶n(DMDAAC)=1∶3、引发剂用量2×10-4mol/kg时,该处理剂的接枝效率可达93.38%,制得的产品能显著降低制革废水色度和具有良好的絮凝效果。
Amphoteric flocculating agent used in leather drain water was prepared by copolymerization of oxidated starch with dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and acryamide(AM).The experimental results showed that the optimization of preparation conditions for the introduction of cationic flocculants group is the temperature of 50℃,the reaction time of 4 hours,the monomer molar ratio of n(AM)∶n(DMDAAC) = 1∶3 and the amount of initiator 2×10-4mol/kg.Under these conditions,the graft efficiency of cationic monomer achieved to 93.38%.The flocculation rate reached its highest point,while the cationic degrees of amphoteric flocculating agent was 23%.
