摘要
以双氧水为氧化剂制备氧化淀粉,研究F eSO4、CuSO4和N iC l2的催化作用,分析比较重金属离子催化作用下所制备的氧化淀粉的特性,探讨残留的重金属离子对氧化淀粉凝沉性的影响。结果表明,在所研究的范围中,F eSO4的催化作用最强,其催化制得的氧化淀粉羧基含量最大,CuSO4催化作用次之,N iC l2不起催化作用。铁、铜离子一方面通过催化作用提高了氧化淀粉的透明度降低了粘度;另一方面残留的铁、铜离子对氧化淀粉的凝沉性有较大的影响。
In this paper, the catalytic effects of FeSO4, CuSO4 and NiCl2 on H2O2 for oxidizing starch were studied ,the characters of these oxidized starches were compared ,and the effect of heavy metal ions on the retrogradation of oxidized starch was discussed. The results showed that the catalytic effect of FeSO4 on H2O2 was higher than CuSO4 ,because the carboxyl of oxidized starch under the catalysis of FeSO4 was higher. There was almost no catalytic effect of NiCl2 on H2O2. On one hand iron ions and copper ions made the oxidized starches exhibit high clarity and low viscosity due to the catalysis effect. On the other hand the residual iron ions and copper ions had great effect on the retrogradation of oxidized starches.
