摘要
当今医学教育需要培养学生的自学能力,从而适应不断变化的医疗服务的需求。以问题为基础学习教学方法有助于培养学生的创新思维和自学能力。第四军医大学西京医院借鉴国内外医学教育经验,根据本校的实际情况,在外科学教学中实施了以问题为基础学习(problem—based learning,PBL)教学方法,取得了初步成效。实践证明,PBL教学方法有利于调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生的临床思维和逻辑思维能力,是一种有益的教学方法。
Medical students need to train their self-learning capacity in order to adapt the increasing changes of medical service environment. Problem-based learning (PBL) is conducive to the training of creative thinking capacity, unremitting study capacity of medical students. On the basis of our conditions, the PBL had been used in surgery teaching in The Fouth Military Medical University with the reference of international experiences. It had successfully implemented and gained primary achievements through scientific design and active management. PBL is helpful to mobilize the students' enthusiasm and train their clinical logie thinking. It is a reasonable teaching method in clinical teaching.
