摘要
在对武汉分公司加工的原油基本物性进行分析的基础上,利用SH-Ⅱ型电脱盐试验仪对实验室自主开发的MPTR型脱金属剂进行了原油脱金属实验研究。结果表明:MPTR型脱金属剂对原油中钙、钠、镁具有较好的脱除效果,其中钙的脱除率达70%以上;添加TB助剂后,原油中钙、钠、镁的脱除率均在90%以上。用JX溶剂配制的浓度为50%的MPTR型脱金属剂溶液具有很好的低温溶解性,在温度为-30℃条件下既不结冰,也不结晶。不同温度条件下的静态模拟腐蚀实验结果表明,该溶液对20号碳钢的腐蚀速率较低,可满足利用炼油厂现有电脱盐设备脱除原油中大部分金属的需要。
Based on analyses of basic physical properties of crude oil processed by Wuhan Petrochemical Co. , SINOPEC, the performances of MPTR demetallization agent for crude oil, which was developed by China University of Petroleum, Beijing, were evaluated by means of SH-Ⅱ electrical desahing instrument. The evaluation results demonstrated that the demetallization agent had a better performance for removal of Ca, Na and Mg elements from crude oil, and the removal rate of Ca was over 70%. After addition of TB additive together with MPTR demetallization agent, the removal rates of Ca, Na and Mg elements were all over 90%. The solution prepared with JX solvent and MPTR demetallization agent at a mass ratio of 1 : 1 offers a good low-temperature performance. It would neither freeze nor crystallize out under the condition of -30℃. The results of static simulated corrosion experiment under the conditions of different temperatures and concentrations demonstrated that the solution of MPTR demetallization agent had a lower corrosion rate on 20# carbon steel. Therefore, it could be used to remove most of metallic elements from crude oil by existing electric desalting equipment in refinery.
