摘要
腐蚀是石油化工行业普遍存在的现象,严重影响企业的安全、平稳、长周期的生产,针对石化装置的重要设备碳钢换热器管束的腐蚀进行了分析,提出采用化学Ni-P镀层方法防止腐蚀。经过多年的应用实践,表明化学Ni-P镀层对碳钢换热器管束有很好的防腐效果和应用价值。
Corrosion is prevalent in petrochemical industry. It severely influences the safe, stable and long - term production of the corporation. Corrosion on the pipe of carbon steel exchanger, one of the critical equipment in petrochemical unit, is analyzed. A chemical Ni - P plating method is advanced to prevent corrosion . Practices prove that this method has excellent anti - corrosion effect and high application value.
