摘要
高血压会导致一系列心脑血管结构和功能的变化,包括内皮功能的紊乱、血管张力的改变以及心脑血管重构等。最近有研究提示,Src酪氨酸蛋白激酶在高血压和脑卒中过程中发挥重要作用,其可能的机制包括通过影响氧化还原信号、偶联因子6、缓激肽、血管内皮生长因子和转化生长因子-β1等。该文将重点综述Src酪氨酸蛋白激酶通过不同作用机制调节血压的最新研究。
Hypertension is associated with cardiovascular functional and structural changes involving endothelial dysfunction,vascular tone and cardio-cerebrovascular remodeling.Recent studies indicate that Src protein kinase is involved in hypertension and stroke.The possible mechanisms are transactivation of redox signaling pathway,coupling factor 6,bradykinin,VEGF,TGF-β1 and so on.Here we review the current study of the effects of Src protein kinase on hypertension via different mechanisms.
