摘要 血管重构(VR)是高血压患者一个重要病理特征,在高血压的维持及靶器官功能改变中起重要作用。本文主要从血流动力学、体液因素、细胞增殖与凋亡和细胞外基质几方面阐述高血压VR的机制以及VR的发生与靶器官功能的关系。 Vascular remodeling is one of the important pathological characters of hypertension, which has an important role in maintaining hypertensin and changing target organ function. This article reviews vascular remodeling resulting from hypertention about its meechanism and its relationship with target organ function from hemodynamics, humoral factor, cell proliferation and apoptosis and extracelluar matrix.
