摘要
华中科技大学教育科学研究院在国内率先开展院校研究,经过10年的探索,院校研究已取得了一系列研究成果,得到了国内外有关学者的广泛认同。这一时期院校研究的成效主要体现在三个方面:在探索中国特色院校研究的理论和方法上迈出了第一步;对高等学校的改革和发展起到了促进和推动作用;推动了高等教育学的学科建设。开展院校研究,既不能等待,也不能急于求成,院校研究工作者应有高度的社会责任感,要将实践和研究有机结合起来,要有战略眼光和国际视野。
School of Education in Huazhong University of Science and Technology took the lead in conducting the institution research. After 10 years＇ exploration, School of Education in HUST has achieved a series of research results in institution research, which is widely accepted by scholars home and abroad. Principally speaking, there are three results in carrying out institution research： taking the first step in exploring the theory and method of Chinese institution research; promoting the reform and development of higher education institutions; advancing the disciplinary construction of higher education. For conducting insti- tution research, the researchers should shoulder the social responsibility, neither be waiting nor be anxious for success; and should organically combine practice and research with strategic vision and international perspective.
