院校研究论略 被引量：47

摘要 开展院校研究是我国社会政治经济发展的必然要求,是高等教育发展的内在需要,也是高等教育研究走向新阶段的重要标志。当前,推进院校研究,要充分认识院校研究的意义,把握院校研究是自我研究、管理研究、咨询研究、应用研究的基本特征。同时,要通过明确院校研究的主要内容,建立机制合理、运作有效的院校研究机构,建立院校研究人员培训制度,建立良好的高等教育公共政治环境等措施,推进院校研究的发展。
