摘要
介绍了火电厂项目影响后评价的概念,建立了一个相对完整的项目影响后评价指标体系,并以某火电厂扩建项目为例,使用层次分析法和多级模糊综合评价方法对该火电厂项目影响进行评价,提出了目前项目影响后评价中存在的问题,对火电厂项目影响进行了定性和定量的评价。
In this paper,the concept of the thermal power plant impact post-evaluation was presented and a relatively complete indicator system for project impact post-evaluation was established.Taking a thermal power plant expansion project as an example;the project impact was assessed by analytic hierarchy process and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The problems in the current project impact post-evaluation were proposed,and the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the impact of the thermal power plant project was conducted.
