摘要
目的了解社区卫生服务从业人员的工作满意度状况及其主要影响因素。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用整群随机抽样的方法对大连市现从事社区卫生服务的251名从业人员进行现场自填式问卷调查。结果职工较不满意的项目是责任风险、薪水和福利待遇、工作负担、社会地位、工作自主性及执业条件等;影响社区卫生服务职工满意度的主要因素是赏罚严明、工作环境、领导尊重、职称晋升、工作自主性和领导工作能力。结论社区卫生服务从业人员总体满意水平较高,但在许多方面仍较不满意。社区卫生服务管理人员应尽力降低从业人员的职业风险,改善待遇和执业条件,并努力建立公平、合理的激励机制。
Objective To find out the scope of job satisfaction of community health workers, their status of satisfaction, and the main influencing factors. Methods By cluster sampling, a total of 251 community health workers were randomly chosen to fill in the survey questionnaire, which was designed by ourselves and included general condition and job satisfaction. Results The items that the workers were less satisfied with were the responsibility and risk, salary and welfare, burden of work, social status, freedom of work, and working condition. The main factors affecting job satisfaction were the policy of reward and penalty, working environment, degree of being respected, promotion in professional title, freedom of work, and leader's capability. Conclusion The general satisfactory level of the community health workers was higher with their present job dissati, but it is still dissatisfactory in some sides. Community health workers should be given more sense of safety and freedom, and their material benefits and working environment should be improved.
