摘要
文章利用对江苏155户社员的问卷调查数据,对现阶段我国农户参与合作的利益需求、合作组织的制度安排及其对社员合作意愿和行为的影响进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,经济利益的满足程度和合作组织的民主管理程度影响社员对于合作组织的关心程度和忠诚程度;合作组织在利益联结和治理结构方面存在制度缺陷,难以充分激励社员积极参与合作,影响自身的持续、稳定发展。
Based on the research data of 155 corporation member in Jiangshu,this thesis analyzes the corporation members' benefit requirement and institutional arrangements for cooperative organizations,analyzes that effect willingness to cooperate and conduct of members of cooperative economic organization.The research result indicated that the satisfaction of economic interests and the extent of democratic management affect the members' degree of care and loyalty for cooperation organization.Cooperation organization exist many institutional deficiencies in governance structure and linking the benefit.It can not fully stimulate the members actively involved in co-operation.It affect the self-sustained,stable development of farmer's specialized cooperative economic organization
