摘要
为观察菜油油烟颗粒有机提取物对大鼠肺Ⅱ型细胞的细胞周期影响，从大鼠肺组织中分离得肺Ⅱ型细胞，分别培养和染毒２４ｈ后，应用流式细胞仪进行测定。结果表明，在受试剂量范围内，菜油油烟颗粒提取物对细胞Ｓ期有促进作用，Ｇ２－Ｍ期提前；细胞增殖指数（ＰＩ）增加，二倍体指数（ＤＩ）随染毒剂量而增高。由此提示，菜油油烟颗粒有机提取物可以对大鼠肺Ⅱ型细胞的细胞周期产生影响，加速细胞分裂。
To explore the effects of cooking oil fume particulates on cell circles of type pulmanory cells in rats,the type cells isolated from rat pulmanory tissues and cultured for 24 hours were exposed to acetone extracts of vegetable oil fume particulates,and the cell circles were determined by flow cytometry.The results showed that:the extracts of cooking oil fume particulates could result in the promotion of S phase,the advance of G2M phase,the increase of proliferation index (PI) correlated with the exposure levels (r=0.994,P<005),the increase of aneuploid index(DI).It indicated that the extracts of vegetable oil fume particulates could effect the cell circles of type pulmanory cells and accelarate the cell division in rats.
