摘要
模拟通常烹调状态接触油烟情况,对大鼠吸入低、高浓度油烟后肺灌洗液成份进行研究。结果表明,接触油烟后,肺灌洗液中巨噬细胞出现短暂下降,而乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶均有不同程度的增高,尤以乳酸脱氢酶增高最为明显。结果提示,油烟接触对机体肺脏细胞有明显损伤作用。
This paper reports the effects of cooking oil smoke on broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BAIF)elements of rats.Exposure of rats to cooking-oil-smoke results in a temporary drop of AM in BALF in accompany with increases to various degrees in activities of LDH,ACP,AKP in BALF. These results suggest that cooking-oil-smoke is injurious to lung cells.
