摘要
研究了高压开关机械特性测试系统的软硬件设计;采用上下位机模式实现高压开关测试、结果计算及显示功能;由ARM、FPGA及信号处理模块组成的下位机系统实现高压开关动作控制和数据采样功能;运行在PC机上的上位机系统主要完成测试指令下发、测试结果计算与显示以及数据保存和读取;上下位机系统通过网络芯片DM9000实现以太网通信协议;试验证明,该系统稳定性好且采样精度高,具有良好的实用价值。
The hardware and software design of Testing System for the Mechanical Characteristic of High Voltage Switch was discussed.Upper and lower computer was used to implement high voltage switch testing,calculated results and display function.The lower computer system was composed of ARM,FPGA and signal processing module.The upper computer running on the PC was responsible for giving off instruction,result compute display and data management.Communication protocol of Ethernet was realized by upper and lower computer according to network chip DM9000.The measurement results show that the system can obtain better stability and higher precision.
