摘要
针对目前高压断路器机械性能参数测试设备抗干扰性能较低,无法对多断口同时进行测量等问题,提出一种采用可编程片上系统(SOPC)的新型断路器测试系统,其硬件部分设计以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为核心器件,软件部分采用超高速集成电路硬件描述语言(VHDL)开发各功能模块并集成于EP1C12Q芯片,实现控制信息传递、时间与位移开关量采集、数据处理与运算等功能。实际测试表明,该测试系统具有电路简单,抗干扰性能优良,测试精度较高,便于现场测试等特点。
A new type of circuit breaker testing system based on SOPC has been proposed according to the low anti- jamming performances and none multi-terminal testing function of the current HV circuit breaker mechanical parameters testing devices. The key part of the hardware is FPGA and the software has been programmed by VHDL with all functioning modules integrated in EP1C12Q chip, which could fulfill the functions of control information transfer, time and displacement switching value acquisition, data process and calculation. Practical testing shows that the system has the characteristics of circuit simple, good anti-jamming performance, higher testing precision and convince for field testing.
