摘要
目的评价圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复牙周炎伴牙列缺损的临床效果。方法牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者共11例,行牙周基础治疗和根管治疗后,共制作15件圆锥型套筒冠义齿,随访1～2年,临床及X线检查,记录患者的主观感觉及义齿使用情况。结果内冠脱落2个(3.1%),基牙折断1颗(1.6%),牙龈炎2例(18.2%),及时行相应处理后,义齿均可正常使用。患者主观感觉满意,基牙松动度降低,X线片未见修复后基牙牙槽骨有进一步吸收。结论对牙周炎伴牙列缺损,圆锥型套筒冠义齿是一种可行、有效的修复方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of konuskronen telescope denture restoration on dentition defects of patients with periodontitis involved abutments.Methods The number of abutment teeth was 64.After periodontal initial therapy and root canal treatment on the abutment teeth,11 cases with dentition defects received konuskronen telescope denture restoration.15 konuskronen telescope dentures were made.The patients＇ satisfaction,X-ray examination and use of prosthesis were observed 1-2 years after prosthetic restoration.Results The satisfaction of patients were high.Tooth mobility reduced and radiology results improved.The prevalence of falling of primary crowns,abutment fracture and gingivitis were 3.1%,1.6% and 18.2%.Conclusion The konuskronen telescope denture is fairly effective in the prosthodontic treatment of periodontal patients with dentition defects.
