摘要
目的观察磁性附着体在覆盖全口义齿修复的临床治疗效果。方法对16位患者采用磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿修复,并对义齿的固位咀嚼修复体使用情况的满意度以及义齿应用后出现的问题进行0.5～2.5年的随访。结果磁性附着体可为覆盖义齿提供长期稳定的固位力且有助于基牙健康;16例义齿均正常使用,美观、咀嚼效能好,患者总体满意度高;应用磁力固位的覆盖全口义齿戴用后并发症少。结论磁性附着体能明显改善覆盖全口义齿的固位及咀嚼效率,具有良好的远期效果。
Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy of complete overdenture with mngnetic attachment. Methods Sixteen patients were included and treated with magnetic attachmeng in complete overdentures The patients were followedup for 0.5 to 2.5 years, and the complete overdenture retention,masticatory function, patients satisfaction, and problem safte rapplication were investigated, Results Magnetic attachment provided long tern reliable retention force and improved the masticatory function,The total satisfactory rate of patients was high, and the incidence of complications was low. Conclusions Magnetic attachment can improve the function of complete overdenture.
