摘要
对ZA-27合金纺锭锭底的压铸工艺进行了研究,确定了该合金压铸工艺参数,结果表明,用该种成型工艺制作的纺锭锭底尺寸精度可达6~7级,表面粗糙度可达3.2/~0.8/,硬度较砂型铸造提高30~40HBS,并将原来的13道机加工工序减少至3~5道,显著降低了成本,提高了生产效率。
The research on die casting technique of textile spindle base made of ZA-27 alloy is made. The die casting techniqual parameter of this alloy is selected. The result shows that textile spindle base shaped by this technique has a precision of 6~7 grade and 3.2 /~ 0.8 / surface roughness, its hardness is 30~40HBS than that by sand mold casting, its machine technique program is reduced from 13 to 3~5, its cost is greatly decreased, the production efficiency is raised.
