摘要
热疲劳损伤是车轮的一种主要失效形式,建立了踏面制动的热-结构耦合瞬态非轴对称三维有限元模型及其相关的边界条件,模拟了拖曳制动工况和紧急制动工况的温度动态特性,对制动热负荷产生的热应力引起的热疲劳问题进行了数值模拟.
Owing that the thermal fatigue is critical to wheel failures,an instantaneously-non-axisymmetric three-dimensional modeling for tread braking thermal-structure coupling Finite Element Method (FEM) and relevant boundary conditions are established.Afterwards,the dynamic temperature properties under towed and emergency braking conditions are simulated.To this end,the numerical simulation on thermal fatigue,which causes thermal stress from thermal loading,is completed.
