Simulation of Hydraulic Regulator for Automobile Anti-lock Braking System Based on Visualization Model

摘要 利用Pro/Engineer建立ABS液压调节器的三维模型,通过接口软件Mechanism/Pro将模型导入到Adams中,应用Matlab/Simulink建立了ABS系统的控制模型,进行了ABS系统控制车轮制动过程的联合仿真。输出的仿真结果表明,制动效果理想,未出现抱死情况。 An accurate three-dimensional hydraulic regulator model is created with Pro/Engineer software. The model is imported into virtual prototype simulation analysis software Adams by Mechanism/ Pro software. Further, in Matlab/Simulink software environment, ABS control system model is established, The co-simulation research of the ABS control wheel braking process has been carried out. The output simulation results shows that braking effect is ideal and locked situation does not appear.
