摘要
在11℃和15℃下,研究了10个不同耐冷性粳稻品种9~10叶期的低温再生茎重。(1)11℃条件下,处理1天和2天的再生茎重与结实率呈极显著正相关(r=0.872**,0.865**),低温再生茎重可作为粳稻耐冷性评价的一个指标。(2)低温再生茎重,低温茎叶含水量对温度的敏感性因品种及其来源而异,日本品种与云南品种具有明显的差异。(3)9~10叶期,粳稻植株低温茎叶含水量与结实率和再生茎重呈极显著正相关(r=0.878**,0.812**,0.863**),它也可以作为粳稻耐冷性评价的指标之一。
Under low temperature at 11℃ and 15℃,regenerated culm weight at 9th-10th leaf stage of 10 Japonica vareities with different cold tolerance was studied.The results showed as follows:(1)Significant correlation was found between the regenerated culm weight under 11℃(for 1st and 2nd day) and the fertility (r=0.872 ** ,0.865 ** ,n=10).The regenerated culm weight could be used as an index in evaluation of cold tolerance in Japonica rice.(2)There was different sensitivity to temperture in RCW and WCP which depended on different origin of the varieties,the difference between Japan's varieties and Yunnan's varieties is outstanding in this aspect .(3)A significant correlation was also found between the water content of plant at 9th-10th leaf stage of Japonica rice and the fertility (r=0.878 ** )as well as between water content of plant and the regenerated culm weight (r=0.812 ** ,0.863 ** ).Therefore, the water content of plant at 9th-10th leaf stage could be used as an index in evaluation of cold tolerance, too.
