Six-phase Ten-pole Fault Tolerant Permanent Magnet Machine and Its Control Strategy

摘要 在转子磁钢采用离心结构的六相十极永磁容错电机基础上,提出一种具有转矩脉动最小化输出及容错能力的电流直接控制法。该控制策略保证电机某一相绕组或控制器发生断路及短路故障时,电机的输出转速及转矩平均值不变,并可使六相正常态平滑过渡到五相故障态,实现系统容错。设计了一台750W六相十极永磁容错电机及其全数字控制器,通过绕组的断路及短路故障试验证明了电机设计的合理性及电流直接控制策略的正确性。 Based on the permanent magnet rotor with centrifugal structure of six-phase ten-pole fault tolerant motor,the paper put forward a direct current control method which enabled the output toque with ripple minimization and possessed the capacity of fault tolerant.The control strategy ensured that the speed and average output torque kept invariant and a realization of a smooth handoff from the normal state of six phases to the fault state of five phases,when the motor winding or power electronics were open or short-circuit occurrence.A power of 750 W six-phase ten-pole fault tolerant permanent magnet motor (FTPMM) and its all digital controller were designed and tested.It is proved the reasonableness of motor design and validity of direct current control method by the test of open and short circuit fault of winding.
