摘要
该文提出一种串联磁路结构双定子混合式直接驱动电动机方案。在分析该电机磁路特点的基础上,建立了三相串联磁路结构双定子混合式直接驱动电动机的简化磁网络模型,通过线性解析,定量分析了该电机的电磁转矩特性。并对样机进行了实验测试,实验结果表明,混合式变磁阻电动机采用串联磁路双定子结构,可以大大提高电机的输出转矩,证明了该结构电机具有较高的性能体积比。通过合理设计电机的电磁参数及结构参数,不但可以提高电机的输出转矩,而且可以降低电机的转动惯量,提高驱动系统的响应特性。
In this paper, a novel double-stator hybrid direct drive motor scheme is presented with series magnetic circuit. Based on the analysis of the magnetic circuit of the motor, magnetic network model of three-phase DD motor with series magnetic circuit is set up. And through linear analyzing, the torque characteristic is obtained. Experiments for the prototype indicate that using the structure of double-stator and three-phase series magnetic circuit, the hybrid variable reluctance motor has higher ratio of torque to volume. Further more through optimizing design the electromagnetism parameter and structure parameter, the motor can obtain higher output torque, lower moment of inertia and faster system response characteristic.
