壳聚糖绒网成型及其在模拟体液内降解的研究

摘要 壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,在医药领域常作为药物载体和释放体。将壳聚糖乙酸溶液喷纺成绒,自然沉积成网,分别置于空气和模拟体液中,用显微镜观察绒网体的降解和吸附特征。结果表明,壳聚糖绒网具有良好的降解特征,降解速度不仅与制品的材料构成有关,而且主要受成型工艺控制的绒网结构,即绒的线密度和网孔尺寸的影响。研究结果可为以壳聚糖为载体的药物释放体的设计和制备提供理论依据和技术路径。 Chitosan has good biocompatibility and biodegradation, which is often used as drug carrier and release body in medical field. In this research, the chitosan acetic acid spinning dope was spun into slender fluff, the fluffy network deposited naturally were placed respectively in air or simulated body fluid (SBF). The characteristics about adsorption and degradation of its fluffy body was investigated by optics microscope. The result showed that the chitosan fluffy had good degradation characteristic. The speed of degradation is not only related to material composition but also to the structure of the fluffy network which is mainly controlled by the fineness of the fluffy and the network size modulated from the molding process. This research would provide the theory basis and technical way to design and fabricate for chitosan as the carrier of the drug release.
