摘要
将壳聚糖分别以甲酸、乙酸、盐酸和甲酸/乙酸混合液为溶剂,配制成一定的浓度。测定了溶液粘度随壳聚糖浓度、存放时间、温度以及溶剂体系的变化情况。实验表明,溶液粘度随壳聚糖浓度的增加而增大,随存放时间延长和温度升高而降低,随溶剂中酸浓度增加和酸性增强而下降。
Chitosan was respectively dissolved in formic acid,acetic acid,hydrochloric acid and formic acetic acid.The relationship between the viscosity of the solution and the concentrations of chitosan,the temperature,the storing time have been determined.It was found that the viscosity of the solution increases with the concentrations of chitosan increased and decreases with the storing time of solution and higher temperature.Lower viscosity of the solution are associated with higher concentration and strong of acid in the solvent.
