摘要
利用CI-340光合测定仪,研究专用膨大剂对红提葡萄光合特性的影响。结果表明:影响葡萄光合效率的主要生态因素是CO2浓度,葡萄叶片净光合速率和蒸腾速率、气孔导度呈正相关;使用过膨大剂的红提葡萄,促进了红提葡萄的光合作用,增加了葡萄光合产能,有利于果实品质的提高和产量的增加。供试的2个团场的红提葡萄净光合速率等光合特性有明显不同,81团净光合速率普遍高于85团。
Using of CI-340 photosynthesis apparatus,studied the influence of leavening agent on the grape photosynthesis.The results showed that the main ecological factors that impact the photosynthetic efficiency was the CO2 concentration,grape leaf net photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with transpiration rate and stomatal conductance;using leavening agent,promted the photosynthesis red globe grape,increased photosynthetic capacity and was beneficial to the improvement of fruit quality and yield.The tested two groups of red globe grape fields such as net photosynthetic rate of photosynthesis were significantly different,the net photosynthetic rate of 81 groups were higher than 85 groups.
