摘要
于1986年至1987年研究了萄葡‘巨峰’和‘红香水’品种幼树叶片光合作用特性。结果表明,1.不同叶位叶片光合强度有波动性的特点。从新梢顶端数第4—5片叶开始光合强度出现负值,而顶端第3片叶出现最大负值。不同叶位叶片的叶绿素含量与其光合强度呈极显著正相关。2.两个品种的光合强度日变化都呈“中午降低型”的双峰曲线变化。光合强度最低的时间和暗呼吸高峰时间都在下午14∶00左右。3.光合强度季节变化曲线只呈现一个峰,其高光合生产期是7月中旬—8月上旬。4.‘巨峰’的光饱和点为20,000—30,000Lx,光补偿点为100—500Lx,‘红香水’光饱和点为10,000—20,000Lx,光补偿点为150—800Lx。5.副梢叶片的光合强度均高于同节位的主梢叶片。
The characteristics of photosynthetic rate of young grape-vine lea-ves in the cultivars 'Kyoho' and 'Catawba' , were studied from 1986 to 1987. The results suggested:
I. The photosynthetic rate varied with the position of the leaves. That of the fourth or fifth leaf was negative, and that of the third leaf gave the largest negative value. The correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the chlorophyll content was positive at 0.01 significance level in both cultivars. 2. The changes of photosynthetic rate in a day for the two culti-vars showed two peaks with a minimum at noon. The peak of dark respiratory intensity and the lowest photosynthetic rate occurred at about 2:00 p. m.
3. In the growing season, the period of maximum photosynthetic rate was from the second decade of July to the first decade of August.
4. The light saturation point of the cultivar 'Kyoho'was 20,000-30,OOOLx, and that of the cultivar 'Catawba' 10,000-20,000Lx. The light compensation point of the cultivar 'Kyoho' was 100-500Lx and that of the cultivar 'Catawba' 150-800Lx.
5. The photosynthetic rate of the leaves on the secondary shoots was higher than that of the leaves on the primary shoots.
