甘草黄酮对2型糖尿病大鼠高血糖、高血脂的抑制作用 被引量:21

摘要 目的研究甘草黄酮(LF)对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂等生化指标的影响。方法将实验大鼠分为正常对照组(Control)、正常给药组(CLF)、模型组(DM)、高剂量给药组(HLF)、低剂量给药组(LLF)、预防对照组[100mg、300mg/(kg·d)](PC)和预防给药组(PLF)。分别以LF或溶剂(1,2-丙二醇)灌胃。检测实验大鼠的空腹血糖、血脂等生化指标及肝体比、肾体比和脂体比。结果高剂量甘草黄酮[300mg/(kg·d)]显著降低了糖尿病大鼠的FBG、TG、TC、LDL-C、FFA、TNF-α、Leptin、肝体比和肾体比,并显著提高了糖尿病大鼠的T-AOC、ISI和脂体比。预防给药[300mg/(kg·d)]显著抑制了由高脂高糖饲料喂养结合小剂量STZ(35mg/kg)注射引发的FBG、TG、TC、LDL-C和肝体比水平的升高及脂体比的下降,并显著提高了实验大鼠的T-AOC。结论甘草黄酮对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的升高和脂代谢紊乱具有显著的抑制作用。 ObjectiveTo study the effect of licorice flavonoids(LF) on fasting blood glucose(FBG),lipids and other biochemical indicators in type 2 diabetic rats.MethodsThe experimental rats were divided into model group(DM),high-dose treatment group(HLF),low-dose treatment groups(LLF),preventive control group[100 mg,300 mg/(kg·d)](PC) and preventive treatment group(PLF).Other 20 normal rats were divided into control group and control treatment group(CLF).Rats in different groups were orally administered with LF [100 mg or 300 mg/(kg·d)] or solvent(propylene glycol) respectively.The levels of the fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),free fatty acids(FFA),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total antioxidation capability(T-AOC),insulin(INS),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) and leptin in serum of the experimental animals were examined.Insulin sensitivity index(ISI),liver index,kidney index and the relative weight of abdominal adipose tissue were calculated.ResultsHigh-dose LF [300 mg/(kg·d)] treatment significantly decreased the levels of FBG,TG,TC,LDL-C,FFA,TNF-α,leptin,liver index and kidney index in diabetic rats,and also increased the levels of T-AOC,ISI and the relative weight of abdominal adipose tissue.Preventive treatment significantly suppressed the increase in levels of FBG,TG,TC,LDL-C and liver index,and the decrease in relative weight of abdominal adipose tissue caused by combination of high-fat-high-sugar diet and low dose STZ(35 mg/kg) injection;and it also greatly increased the levels of T-AOC.ConclusionLF has significantly suppressive effect on the increase in levels of blood glucose and on the lipid metabolic disorders in type 2 diabetic rats.
