摘要
糖尿病严重威胁着人类健康,开发有潜力和有价值的降血糖功能成分原料已成为当今研究的热点。本文综述了降血糖功能因子的种类和功效,并介绍了降血糖功能食品的动植物原料,旨在为降血糖功能食品的开发和研究提供参考。
Nowadays, diabetes mellitus is one of severe diseases threatening human health. So it was becoming a focus to develop hypoglycemic functional stuff with great potential and value. The sorts and efficiency of hypoglycemic functional factors including related animal and plant raw materials were reviewed to provide some references for research and development of hypoglycemic functional food.
