瘦素与免疫性皮肤病的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 瘦素是体内营养状态与神经-内分泌-免疫系统之间相互影响、相互作用的重要中介。瘦素主要通过与存在于多种组织中的多种形式的受体(OB-R)结合,调节T细胞的功能及其细胞因子的产生,影响自身免疫性疾病的发生与发展。研究发现,瘦素及其受体的变化及含量的不同与多种自身免疫性疾病有关。因此,阐明瘦素在免疫性皮肤病中的作用,将有助于进一步认识这些疾病的发病机制,并为其防治提供新的思路。
