摘要
目的探讨吡柔比星（THP）膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效和安全性。方法对39例浅表性膀胱癌行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱部分切除术后的患者,术后1周开始用吡柔比星（40mg）膀胱内灌注,每周1次,连用8周;以后每月1次,连用8个月。结果 39例患者随访9~24个月,平均17个月,肿瘤复发率为10.2%。结论 THP用于膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发有满意疗效,体内应用安全性好。
Objective To explore the curative effect and safty of intravesical instillation therapy with pirarubicin（THP） for prevention of postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.Methods After the electrosection for bladder tomor per urechra and bladder partial cystectomy,intravesical instillation of 40mg of THP dissolved in 50ml normal saline and retained in bladder for 30 minutes was given to 39 patients with superficial bladder tumor once a week for 8 weeks and subsequently once a month for 8 months.Results Follow-up of 9 months to 24 months,an average of 17 months,cancer recurrence rate was 10.2%.Conclusion Intravesical instillation therapy with pirarubicin is safe and effective in preventing recurrence of superficial bladder cancer following operation.
