摘要
针对某增压6缸柴油机进行了不同负荷特性下缸内压力和排气压力波的测量,分析了不同负荷特性下泵气平均有效压力与泵气排气压力波之间的关系。试验结果表明:对于增压6缸柴油机,当配气相位相同时,在不同的负荷特性下,泵气排气压力波强度随泵气平均有效压力的变化规律是不同的。在800 r/min和1 000 r/min负荷特性下,泵气排气压力波强随着泵气平均有效压力的增大而增大;在1 400 r/min和1 800 r/min负荷特性下,泵气排气压力波强随着泵气平均有效压力的增大先减小再增大;在2 200 r/min负荷特性下,泵气排气压力波强随着泵气平均有效压力的减小而减小。
For a turbocharged 6-cylinder diesel engine,the cylinder pressure and exhaust pressure wave under different load characteristics were measured and the relationship between pumping mean effective pressure and pumping exhaust pressure wave were analyzed.The results show that the rules of pumping exhaust pressure wave intensity with pumping mean effective pressure are different under the conditions of different load characteristics and same valve timing.At the speed of 800 r/min and 1 000 r/min,the pumping exhaust pressure wave intensity increases with the increase of pumping mean effective pressure.At the speed of 1 400 r/min and 1 800 r/min,the pumping exhaust pressure wave intensity first decreases and then increases with the increase of pumping mean effective pressure.At the speed of 2 200 r/min,the pumping exhaust pressure wave intensity decreases with the decrease of pumping mean effective pressure.
