摘要
探索了一种量化评价进排气压力波的方法。对两种气门升程曲线方案进行计算,对比分析重点工况的进排气压力波,定义了残余废气返流进气道持续期、有效进气持续期、缸内新鲜混合气返流进气道持续期、有效排气持续期和气门重叠角区间排气返流气缸持续期,分析所定义持续期与充气效率、残余废气率的相关性。
Methods for quantitative analysis of intake and exhaust pressure wave were explored.The performance of two valve lift curve schemes was calculated.The intake and exhaust pressure wave of key operating points were compared and analyzed.Five durations were defined:the reflux of residual gas to intake port duration,the effective intake duration,the reflux of fresh gasoline air mixture to intake port duration,the effective exhaust duration and the reflux of exhaust gas to cylinder during overlap duration.The correlation of five durations on volumetric and residual gas rate was analyzed.
