摘要
示功图是发动机的综合性能的体现,由测得的发动机示功图进行参数计算和燃烧分析,对于评估发动机的性能以及再设计和维修发动机都有十分重要的意义。在示功图测量分析中,精确标定上止点相位是必不可少的重要环节。为此,对上止点相位的确定进行了研究,设计了压缩线法确定上止点的计算机算法,测量分析了触发电压及倒拖转速对压缩上止点的影响。结果表明:转速较低时,压缩上止点位置变化比较大;转速大于1200r/min时,压缩上止点位置趋于稳定。
The top dead center (TDC) has a great effect on the measurement and analysis of combustion process of internal combustion engines. It is very important to obtain the TDC correctly. The compressing line method to determine TDC is introduced in the detail. The influence of engine speed to TDC is analyzed. It is found that the TDC has bigger change when the engine speed is less than 1200r/min. TDC tends to be constant when the engine speed is larger than 1200r/min.
